Samenvatting
Rond het gebruik van calciumantagonisten, Midas calciumantagonisten, isradipine calciumantagonisten, hydrochloorthiazidecalciumantagonisten voor coronarialijden en hypertensie zijn nog lang niet alle stofwolken opgetrokken. Omdat het goed is de resultaten van een aantal belangrijke trials te kennen, komen we nu in eerste instantie terug op het MIDAS-onderzoek, mede naar aanleiding van een recent overzichtsartikel in de New England Journal of Medicine van 4 november 1999.
