Traditioneel is er in het gezondheidsrecht geringe belangstelling voor het strafrecht. Traditioneel heeft het strafrecht weinig belangstelling voor de gezondheidszorg. Over dit laatste zal niemand rouwig zijn, omdat belangstelling van het strafrecht doorgaans niet veel goeds voorspelt.
