Abstract
From general principles of the quantum theory an analytical formula is derived for the value of the potential field at the nucleus in neutral atoms. This may be used in the calculation of the Fermi function for β-decay.

Исходя из общих нринципов квантовой механики дана аналитическая формула для значения потенциального поля у ядра нейтрального атома. Она может быть использована для расчетов функции Ферми в β-распаде.
