Gli AA. riferiscono i risultati ottenuti dall’applicazione di un metodo radioimmunologico di dosaggio dell’angiotensina I quale indice di attività renino-plasmatica. Vengono sottolineate 1a fedeltà del metodo e la sua riproducibilità. Viene inoltre indicato un particolare programma di calcolo che si basa sull’utilizzazione di un elaboratore elettronico.

Summary

The results obtained from the application of a radioimmunoassay method of angiotensin I for the indication of renin-plasmatic activity are reported.
