Polyostotic Fibrous Dysplasia causing headache

Abstract

An unusual case of Polyostotic Fibrous Displasia involving maxilla, ethmoid, sphenoid and frontal sinuses is reported for clinical interest. The clinical feature, radiological findings and treatment have been discussed.
