Studies on fish spoilage

A comparative study of certain analytical methods of the estimation of Total Volatile base and Trimethylamine in Indian fish

  • Published:
Proceedings / Indian Academy of Sciences

Summary

In this communication, we have indicated the lines on which future analysis for estimation of disintegration products in fish muscle will be made by us with a view to evaluate the various stages of fish spoilage.
