Cerebrospinal Fluid Rhinorrhea and otorrhea in head injury

Abstract

Head Injury is becoming a very common injury in modern life. Leakage of cerebrospinal fluid is a very serious manifestation of Head Injury which clinically presents as Cerebrospinal Fluid Rhinorrhea and Cerebrospinal Fluid Otorrhea. Here is a discussion regarding the sites of fracture, clinical manifestations and complications, special diagnostic procedures and line of treatment in these cases.
