Stewart’s lethal granuloma

Summary

A case of Stewarts’ lethal granuloma with relentless progress and fatal termination has been reported. The possible etiological factors, the difficulty in diagnosis and treatment have been discussed. Literatures on malignant granuloma have been reviewed.
