Malignant melanoma of the nose

Abstract

Malignant melanoma in the nose is not a common occurrence. Diagnosis is difficult in case of its less pigmented form. About treatment, radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not of much help, radical surgery is not usually possible, which makes the prognosis unsatisfactory. One such case, in a 76 years old male is presented here.
