Air-rifle bullet in the sphenoid sinus

Abstract

The sphenoid sinus is rare site for foreign body impaction. A novel method of extraction of the foreign body from sphenoid sinus (an air-rifle bullet) is presented in this discussion following failure of an earlier attempt to remove it.
