Summary
A fourth case of leiomyosarcoma, first case in Oropharynx is reported. The tumour was pedunculated, attached to lateral pharyngeal wall and had rotated on its axis. This torsion has produced acute symptoms of dysphagia, bleeding from mouth and loss of weight, its management per-orally was easy. Other reported cases and its differential diagnosis is discussed.
