Summary

The case of a three and half year-old Nigerian girl is presented with a review of the literature. She had a history of discharging ear for two months followed by a massive post-aural neoplasm with involvement of all the cranial nerves in the Jugular fossa on that side. Radiotherapy produced marked tumour regression.
