Conclusion

It is emphasized that in reconstruction of the middle ear, the use of a prepared fascial graft, homo-incus, cartilage and external auditory meatal flap, is sufficient. A new radiological demonstration of Eustachian tube is discussed. Fascial graft will be implanted underneath the eardrum rim and handle of malleus. Finally the hearing results in 300 cases on regular post operations check up in the period of over 3 years are presented.
