Summary
A case of cancer in the nasopharynx in a male aged 25 years with ulcerative growth in the left lateral wall of the nasopharynx situated in front of the mouth of the eustachean tube and just behind the choana is reported. The ulcerative growth involved the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th cranial nerves of left side and no enlarged glands in the neck were observed. Importance of examining the area in front of the mouth of the eustachean tube in such cases is stressed and special method has been described.
