A case of juvenile papilloma with tuberculosis of the larynx has been described.

Mother was a proved case of pulmonary tuberculosis and the child contacted it from her.

Pseudo-oedema of the epiglottis, aryepiglottic folds and arytenoids masked the view of the papilloma which became evident with the disappearance of oedema following antitubercular therapy.

Cure resulted with antitubercular therapy and scalping of papillomatous lesion.

5.
3 months follow-up examination does not manifest any recurrance of papillomatous or tubercular lesion.
