Midline congenital columellar sinus

Abstract

Midline congenital malformation of the nose is a very rare presentation and it’s midline situation seems curious and is very difficult to explain on the basis of the present day conception of the embryology of the nose. A very rare case of congenital sinus affecting the upper part of the columella is being presented with different possible theories of it’s causation.
