Spontaneous expulsion

Summary

Two cases of foreign bodies air passages are presented. The foreign bodies in both the cases were coughed out spontaneously. Negus (1948), stated that about 2% of foreign bodies are coughed out spontaneously. This happy event appears to be quite rare.
