Proceedings of the Indian Academy of Sciences - Section A Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

The thermal variation of the refractve index of lithium fluoride has been measured from 0°C. to 400°C. for λ4358, 5461 and 5893, and the dependence on temperature of the electronic characteristic frequency of the crystal has been computed therefrom.
