Abstract
Fistula formation between the stomach and the colon secondary to a neoplastic process was first reported by Haller in 1775. We report a case of a 77-year-old woman with a gastrocolic fistula originating from a transverse colon cancer.
Reports in literature are very rare and show a poor prognosis even for those patients who underwent a radical operation.
