Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen der PROVE-Studie werden Patienten mit klas-sischer Schrittmacherindikation bzgl. atrialer Arrhythmien untersucht. Patienten mit und ohne Vorhofarrhythmien werden in verschiedene Subgruppen unterteilt. In der Gruppe mit atrialen Arrhythmien zeigen die bisherigen Daten einen präventiven antiarrhythmischen Effekt der Overdrive — Stimulation in Kombination mit der Automatischen Ruhefrequenz
