Zusammenfassung

Minimal-invasive Operationen gewinnen in der Herzchirurgie zunehmend an Bedeutung. Wir berichten über einen minimal-invasiven Aortenklappenersatz bei einer älteren Patientin, bei der intraoperativ aufgrund eines zu engen Aortenanulus eine Erweiterungsplastik nach Manouguian erforderlich wurde.

Summary

Minimally invasive procedures gain increasing importance in cardiac surgery. We report on a minimally invasive aortic valve replacement procedure in an elderly patient in whom a patch enlargement of the aortic valve anulus was necessary because of a small aortic root.
