Your committee believes that the Halphen test may be made the basis of a quantitative test and recommend that a committee be appointed to thoroughly investigate this reaction and standardize the method.

Your committee recommends in place of a Halphen test committee a Contamination committee be appointed to investigate methods for determining all classes of contamination including the Halphen test.
