This article was firstly published in “ZM Zahnärztliche Mitteilungen” No. 6/1997 in German language.
The author is a SAS patient himself and heads a patient support group “Sleeep Apnea„ in Württemberg, Germany. Based on his many years’ work in the dental field, he occupies himself now with the possibilities of dental therapy of snoring and possibly sleep apnea. The comparative observation of dental devices applied for snoring therapy is the result of a self-test.
