Registerstudie für die Behandlung von Hirnmetastasen maligner Hodentumoren

Zusammenfassung

Bei einer geschätzten Häufigkeit der ZNS-Metastasierung bei Keimzelltumoren von 2 bis 5% und jährlich etwa 3000 neu diagnostizierten Patienten mit malignem Keimzelltumor in Deutschland ist mit etwa 60 bis 160 Fällen von Hodentumorpatienten mit Hirnmetastasen pro Jahr zu rechnen. Bisher liegen nur wenige größere retrospektive Erhebungen zu dieser Problematik vor.
