Abstract
Software-Agenten übernehmen selbständig Aufgaben für Anbieter und Nachfrager im eCommerce. Dabei können sie die Effizienz und Effektivität von Marktprozessen steigern. Im Mittelpunkt dieses Beitrages steht die Analyse der Auswirkungen auf das Marketing beim Einsatz von Software-Agenten im Internet. Anbieter setzen Software-Agenten ein, um die Marketing-Instrumente auf den individuellen Kunden auszurichten. Nachfrager setzen Software-Agenten ein, um ihren Kaufprozeß zu unterstützen. Dieser Beitrag zeigt systematisch die Marketing-Implikationen, wenn Anbieter, Nachfrager oder beide Seiten Software-Agenten einsetzen.
