WILLIAM T. TOW is Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California and was formerly Assistant Professor with USC’s German Graduate Program. He has co-edited several books dealing with Asian security problems and has authored numerous articles pertaining to U.S. foreign policy in the Asian-Pacific as well as to Japanese security questions. Dr. Tow is now completing a co-authored text on Western alliance systems and Third World politics (with Dr. Douglas T. Stuart).
