Nuestra experiencia en el tratamiento combinado del carcinoma de la prostata

Resumen

Presentamos los resultados obtenidos del estudio de 200 pacientes diagnosticados de Carcinoma de la Próstata, en un período de 20 años.

El diagnóstico fué confirmado en todos los casos por biopsia transperineal de la mísma.

El tratamiento realizado fué:

Hormonoterapia, resección transuretral y pulpectomía subalbugínea.

Detallamos, acompañándolo de abundante iconografía fotográfica la cirugía endoscópica practicada, comentamos la evolución y resultados obtenidos con este tratamiento.

Résumé

On présente les résultats obtenus de l’étude de 200 patients diagnostiqués de carcinome de la prostate dans une période de 20 années.

Le diagnostic fut confirmé, dans tous les cas, par biopsie transpérinéale de la prostate.

Le traitement suivi fut: hormonothérapie, résection transuréthrale et pulpectomie subalbuginée.

On explique la chirungie endoscopique pratiquée, en l’illustrant avec de nombreuses photographies.

On commente l’évolution et résultats obenus avec ce traitement.

Summary

The results obtained from the study of 200 patientes, diagnosed with a prostate carcinome, — during a period of time of 20 years, are presented.

The diagnosis was confirmed in all patients by needle biopsy.

The treatment followed was; hormonotherapy, transurethral resection and subalbuginea pulpectomy.

The endoscopic surgery performed is fully explained and illustrated with many pictures. The evolution and results obtained with this treatment are commented.
