Zusammenfassung
Anhand eines Untersuchungskollektives von 50 Sterilisationsversuchen per hysteroskopiam mit Hilfe der Schwachstrom-Koagulationsmethode konnten wir zeigen, daß nach unserer Meinung die Methode einer Sterilisation durch Wärmeanwendung unter hysteroskopischer Kontrolle noch nicht ausgereift ist, um als Routinemethode empfohlen werden zu können. Es muß abgewartet werden, ob durch methodische oder instrumentelle Verbesserungen dieses Ziel zu erreichen ist.

Les auteurs réalisent une série de 50 stérilisations par thermo-coagulation des ostium tubaires conjointement à une stérilisation per-cœlioscopique. L'étude des contrôles hystérosalpingographiques révèlent l'inefficacité du procédé qui ne peut être actuellement retenu.
