Exploration biologique d’une fièvre aux urgences

Résumé

Une fièvre chez l’adulte est rarement isolée et, tout en évaluant la gravité potentielle du tableau clinique (déshydratation, choc, signes hémorragiques...), il faut rechercher un signe d’appel ou un contexte clinique permettant d’orienter le diagnostic étiologique en urgence.

Nous passerons en revue certaines des situations les plus fréquentes et/ou mettant en jeu le pronostic vital.
