Résumé
Les étiologies cardiovasculaires représentent une source de recrutement importante pour les services des urgences et sont à l’origine d’une prescription croissante d’analyses biologiques. Les maladies cardiovasculaires représentent une des premières causes de mortalité dans les pays industrialisés et l’incidence des syndromes coronariens aigus en France est de 280 pour 100 000 chez les hommes et 60 pour 100 000 chez les femmes.
