Summary
The processing of the persistent pains associated with a severe spasticity differs according to the existence or not from a link from causality. The therapeutic approach thus requires a meticulous clinical analysis in particular in terms of deficiencies, disabilities and handicap. A review of the literature makes it possible to propose a therapeutic strategy always guided on the whole of the physiopathological but so clinical data thus established at the end of a complete, multidisciplinary assessment.
