Endoscopic laser excision in the management of laryngotracheal stenosis

Abstract

Sixteen cases of Chronic laryngotracheal stensis were included in the study. They underwent endoscopic CO2 laser excision of the stenotic segment. Three patients were decannulated. giving a success rate of 18.75%.
