Algodystrophies et syndromes apparentés. Diagnostic, physiopathologie, traitement

Résumé

Les signes cliniques, les critères du diagnostic, les données actuelles concernant la physiopathologie et le traitement des algodystrophies et syndromes apparentés sont décrits et discutés à la lumière d'une revue de la littérature. Le rôle du système sympathique et les possibilités d'intervention à ce niveau sont soulignés.

Summary

Clinical features, diagnostic criteria and contemporary data on pathophysiology and therapy of reflex sympathetic dystrophies and related syndroms are reviewed and discussed. The role of the sympathetic nervous systems is outlined and the possible therapies on it.
