Abstract

The stochastic behaviour of an intermittent system having two types of components has been studied. Components are assumed to be connected in series in one class and in stand by redundancy with imperfect switching over devices in other class. The Laplace transforms of the probability of the system being in various stated have been obtained. In the end, a particular case has also been discussed.
