Conclusion

Le respect des contre-indications, la rigueur dans les procédures de pose de la GPE et des sondes de remplacement, la réalisation de soins locaux adaptés et un strict suivi des patients sont les garants de l’efficacité technique, nutritionnelle et de la bonne tolérance de la sonde.
