Conclusion

Le traitement des localisations anopérinéales de la maladie de Crohn doit reposer sur une cartographie précise des lésions anopérinéales et des lésions susjacentes associées. Celui-ci associe souvent un traitement médical (antibiotique, immunosuppresseur) à un traitement chirurgical le moins agressif possible (drainage, fistulotomie sélective, colle biologique ou lambeau). L’objectif est de passer un cap en étant le moins traumatisant pour les sphincters de l’anus.
