Gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm

Summary

A case of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm with perforation into the third portion of the duodenum producing massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage is reported.

Except for the absence of abdominal pain, the symptoms and findings were similar to those in previously reported cases.
