Conclusion

La qualité de l’étude anatomopathologique des pièces de résection endoscopique conditionnera la décision thérapeutique strictement endoscopique ou chirurgicale. Ceci nous amène à proposer une véritable charte de l’examen histopathologique digestif sur des pièces opératoires correctement orientées, afin de déterminer très précisément l’importance de l’extension en profondeur.
