Summary
An improved procedure for diagnosis of amebiasis by means of complement fixation has been described with the following advantages:
-
1.
Simpler preparation of a stronger antigen.
-
2.
Increased positiveness in early and treated cases.
-
3.
Increased stability of the test by the use of larger amounts of patient’s serum.
-
4.
