Abstract
This paper presents a program, based on the conversion matrix method, which allows to simulate the field effect transistor non linear oscillators phase and amplitude noise spectrums. These oscillators can be realized with distributed or lumped elements. The program input data demand that a large signal simulation of this oscillator has been realised beforehand, with harmonic balance or time method program and to have measured the equivalent transistor noise generators.
