Summary

Report is made of an instance of single gastric polyp, accompanied by a clinical symptomology resembling biliary colic; of cholecystectomy followed by no benefit; the demonstration of the polyp, roentgenographically; complete disappearance of all digestive symptoms after surgical removal of the anomaly. Pathologically, the lesion was of inflammatory character.
