Résumé

Après un rappel sur les grandeurs caractérisant le bruit dans les dipôles et les quadripôles et leurs propriétés essentielles, la mesure du facteur de bruit par la méthode des deux températures est décrite avec l’exposé précis des conditions d’application des différentes approximations.

Abstract

After reminding the data characterizing noise in one-and two-port, and their main properties, the two-temperature method for noise figure measurement is described with a thorough description of the assumptions used in this method.
