An 26.5-40 ghz band balanced fin line mixer

Résumé

La technologie de la ligne à ailettes a été utilisée pour réaliser un melangeur équilibré fonctionnant dans une bandeRf de 2,5 GHz autour de 28,5 GHz avec une fréquence intermédiate de 3,75 GHz. La performance des elements essentiels du circuit du mélangeur est présentée. Dans cette bande, le mélangeur présente des pertes de conversion de 5,8 ± 0,8 dB. Le mélangeur est accordable au moyen de deux court-circuits mobiles. Mots clés : Mélangeur hyperfréquence, Ligne ailette, Jonction hybride, Té hyperfréquence, Perte insertion, Perte conversion.

Abstract

The fin line technique has been used in a balanced 27.25–29.75 GHz mixer with a 3.75 GHz intermediate frequency. The performance of essential mixer circuits elements is presented. The mixer has an available conversion loss of 5.8 ± 0.8 dB. The mixer is tunable by variable shorts.
