Surgical microscopy of the posterior third of the tongue

Abstract

A technique of surgical microscopy of the posterior third of the tongue is presented. It is found to be easy and simple with a new modified laryngoscope (Posterior lingualoscope). Indications and advantages of the technique is discussed.
