Nasal obturator in atrophic rhinitis

Abstract

20 patients of primary atrophic rhinitis were treated by using nasal obturator. The results have been encouraging. The procedure is use of a mechanical device made of acrylic which narrows the nasal vestibule and restricts the airentry into the nose through a small opening.
