Abstract
2 cases of a rare laryngeal tumour, myxoma, have been reported. Clinically these tumours can not be distinguished from inflammatory polypoidal growths and the diagnosis is essentially histological. Cases were successfully treated by surgery. Certain clinico-pathological features of myxoma of the larynx have also been discussed.
