Abstract
Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a rare variety of Ceruminoma, arising from the glandular elements of the External Auditory Canal. A case of Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the external auditory canal is reported, to recapitulate clinical features and management problems of the tumour at this site. The controversies in nomenclature, histopathology, and management are discussed.
