Abstract

A metallic arrow of 7″ length penetrating through medial wall of left orbit, traversing spheno-ethmoidal complex reaching opposite mastoid to produce Lower Motor Neurone Facial Palsy of right side ; removed by Anterior Orbitotomy without any additional morbidity ; presented as a case report for its remarkable unusual behaviour.
