Three cases of Waardenburg’s Syndrome in a family of three generations have been described with review of recent literatures.

In the pedigree there is one case with full Waardenburg’s syndrome which is a rare condition.

That the syndrome is inherited as an autosomal dominant is very well corroborated through this manuscript.
