Abstract
Here we present a case of malignant fibrous Histiocytoma of Temporal Bone, which is a rare tumour in this region. We emphasize that a very wide excision of this tumour should be done to prevent its recurrence. The resulting defect can be very well reconstituted with myocutaneous flap for rapid healing of wound and for minimising the cosmatic deformity.
